Questions about credits and plans
What counts as a credit?+
A credit is one agent turn. The agent might generate files, run a command, or fix an error in a single turn. Heavier models like Claude Opus consume more credits per turn than lighter models like GPT Mini, so the same plan goes further if you switch models for routine work.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Paid credits roll over up to 2× your monthly grant. Free-plan credits expire at the end of the month. If your Pro plan grants 3,000/month, your balance is capped at 6,000 carried forward.
Can I top up credits mid-month?+
Yes. Add credits any time from /account/billing without changing your plan. Top-ups never expire as long as your account is active.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
The agent stops accepting new prompts until you top up or your next monthly grant kicks in. Your existing projects stay intact and you can still browse the file explorer and command logs.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?+
Every account starts on the Free plan with 50 credits/month. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time; refunds are pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period.
Are all the AI models available on every plan?+
Yes. Claude Opus 4.6, Claude Sonnet 4.6, GPT-5.3 Codex, and Grok 4.1 Reasoning are all available on Free, Hobby, Pro, and Team. Heavier models consume more credits per turn, so the choice of plan only affects how much agent time you get — not which models you can run.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from /account/billing and your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the current billing period. Your projects, prompts, and files stay intact.
How does Team billing work?+
Team is $200/month for 15,000 pooled credits and seats for your group. Admins manage seats and roles; credits are shared across the team. Contact us if you need more than 5 seats or custom usage.
